Trace Elements (Jern Jam 2 Entry)

Players! The game is simple! Slay your enemies and use their dropped materials to strengthen your weapon and defenses. Survive as long as you can, and travel forth!

The world is full of lil' scary glowy guys and you're the only one with the strength and energy to turn them lil' glowy guys into pure STRENGTH.... Or defense.

Don't wanna die? Be sure to block attacks, dodge when you can (minding your stamina at the bottom left of the screen) and kill as many enemies as possible! Every 10 enemies will heal you for 10% of your maximum health so just stay calm and you can do it! (Also i haven't really tested so if it's unbalanced, yeah, that's totally on me. 💀)

Controls

• W/A/S/D - Move 'round the world!
• Spacebar - Dash in a direction while holding a movement key.
• Hold Right Click - Block the attacks of your enemies.
• Tap Left Click - Attack! There's a 3-part combo to utilize so feel free to click mash
• Escape - Pause the game OR close currently open UI
• Tab - Open your upgrade menu! This menu is super important!

Sorry for any bugs, etc. I legit didn't give myself enough time to work on this, and also did 90% of the work on stream, so that's my defense 😅

Known Issues:

• Clunky input
• Waves don't give time in between
• When i tested it, everything broke after a wave, so.. Sorry about that.. 💀
